Electronic Lien and Title Convert Paper Titles

With Southern ELT, Georgia lienholders have the ability to convert a paper title into an electronic title.

Until early 2013 Georgia titles were predominantly in the paper format. With the enhancements brought to managing liens and titles in Georgia, Southern ELT has provided the ability for lienholders with Georgia paper titles to convert them to Georgia electronic titles easily.
